
This is an all levels yoga flow incorporating movement (asana) and pranayama (breathwork) to unify the mind and body. The class is perfect for those who desire to improve their overall physical health, endurance and flexibility. We close each practice with a guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness and spaciousness. Bring your mat, and be prepared to flow, breathe, and find your inner peace.
This is a community donation-based class. Suggested donation is $10. Pay what feels in abundance and ease for you. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
