Ready to unwind and connect with nature while using all your senses: smelling the forest, seeing the textures and colors, feeling the breeze, listening to the birds, tasting the air? Let's combine hiking and yoga for a refreshing and rejuvenating experience at Eagle Rock Reservation, West Orange, NJ. We'll embark on an approximately 60-minute hike, and then connect more in a 60-minute yoga practice with a view of the NYC skyline. This experience is perfect for all fitness levels. Come for the mindful movement, breathwork, and the beauty of nature, stay for the community connection!
WHAT TO BRING:
Please note that this Yoga Hike is contingent upon weather conditions. We recommend dressing in layers and wearing warm socks/shoes that you don't mind getting muddy.

Join us for Yoga for a Cure: A donation-based yoga class to support breast cancer research and raise awareness. This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, de-stress, and show their support for a great cause. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is open to all levels.
All donations raised will support Susan G. Komen whose mission include funding research for a cure, increasing access to care for breast cancer patients, and offering patient support.
